I don’t know about you, but I HATE going out to the movie rental store to look for a movie, only to find out it’s all rented out.

Then, I finally find a movie I want to see, stand it line 7 or 8 people deep with one check-out clerk, and get home too late to watch the movie for the night!

I am a pretty busy person and it never fails - I forget to get the movie back to the rental store by the due date and time!

I HATE LATE FEES!

It took a while for me to try it out, but I did finally join Netflix! It is SO COOL and SO EASY! I never have to go to the store. I always know right away if the movie is in or not - and 99% of the time it’s been in! And the BEST part is there is NEVER, EVER, EVER a late fee!

Ok, so here is how it works:

  1. You register at Netflix and choose which plan you want. They start at $9.99 per month. I chose the 3-dvd plan where I can have 3 DVD’s at home at a time.
  2. You can then browse their HUGE list of movies. Chances are, they have it no matter what it is. You add the movies you want to the QUEUE.
  3. You can reorder the queue any time you want.
  4. You receive the movies in your queue in order.
  5. You keep the movies you have at home for as long as you want and never pay more than the flat monthly subscription.
  6. Each movie comes with a pre-paid envelope to return the movie back to Netflix.

The turn around time is pretty quick! I live in a metropolitan area, so there is a Netflix shipping facility near me. It takes one to two days for the movie to get back to Netflix. They send out the next movie in the queue generally the same day! So, usually, in 5 days or less I have the next movie.

If you love to watch movies but hate all of the hassles that come with going to a movie rental store, you must give Netflix a try. You can cancel at any time if you don’t like it - although I can’t image why you wouldn’t love it!
